The hotel had a remote setting much to do in the surrounding areas. Plus, it was so close to gardens, nearby rail station and chair lift and bridge at that station.

Clean place with consistently courteous and EXCEPTIONAL staff and exceptional view on the valley and the mountains. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from. Excellent dishes, remote location the next tram. Also - just next door to Gora Station, the Naka Gora cable car, and Hakone gora park.
Beds were extremely hard.

The stay here was very good with a night in our own onsen. The rooms were all stocked and recently renovated with a private open air bath. Thoroughly enjoyed the location to go to see places in the area. Cafe Cafe Pic located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The main building room was spacious and
Inviting. I particularly enjoyed the unique shoeless policy. The steep hill access was a downside, and the dinner options were limited and overpriced for what was offered.

The hotel offered a fantastic onsen experience with beautiful, spacious rooms and helpful staff. The location is a bit isolated and access to transport could be better during peak times, which made our travels a bit challenging.

Had a fantastic one-night stay with my family in a spacious room that had a private onsen and a relaxing lounge area to unwind in. The onsen experience was soothing, and the open-air bath was a perfect touch for relaxation. It would’ve been nice to have a shuttle from the station, but honestly, we enjoyed every moment! 😊

Surprised by the experience
We had a couple of hiccups . Even though the open-air bath in the room was amazing, we faced a super long wait for dinner with no updates. The dining staff was nice, but the food didn't quite match the price. The room size was nice, but it felt packed with extra beds.

A peaceful onsen retreat
The private onsen was a serene escape, perfect after our long travels. Enjoying the tranquil room atmosphere was a highlight of our stay.
While the hotel overall was lovely, the food quality didn't match the price, with dinner being particularly disappointing.

Very nice private onsen experience!
The room was quite dusty. Despite our specific dietary requests being acknowledged, the meal did not justify its high cost. The location was remote, leading to limited dining options outside the hotel, which left us feeling trapped.

We enjoyed the in-room onsen-a perfect private retreat! The unique shoe-free policy made the whole vibe cozy and relaxing. Super spacious rooms with sleek designs really completed our experience.
